(1) National Joint Guarantee
Implement nationwide joint guarantee and national standard three guarantee services. When a malfunction occurs within the scope of the three guarantees, the original warranty certificate and purchase invoice can be presented to an authorized network for repair services.
The three guarantee services are as follows:
Consumers can choose to return, exchange, or repair the product within 7 days from the date of sale. Consumers can choose to exchange or repair the product within 15 days from the date of sale. Consumers can choose to repair the product within one year from the date of sale. The following situations are not within the scope of the three guarantees:
Exceeding the validity period of three guarantees.
No valid three guarantee vouchers and invoices.
The content on the invoice does not match or is altered with the physical identification of the goods.
Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and upkeep according to the product manual (human damage).
(2) Warranty Statement
If your machine malfunctions, please call the service hotline, and the local repair station will provide on-site service within 24 hours (except in special circumstances).
When your machine experiences performance failures during normal use, our company will provide free repair services.
If the following situations occur, you can choose the paid services provided by our company.
During each repair, the customer service center manager will verify whether the product model and serial number on the invoice and warranty certificate match the actual product. Please request written proof from the dealer when purchasing the machine to ensure that the dealer fulfills your additional commitments.
(3) Exemption from warranty obligations
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and avoid unnecessary losses, our company does not assume free warranty obligations for machine malfunctions or damages caused by the following reasons. Please choose paid services.
Exceeding the warranty period.
When there are scratches, bumps, deformations, dents, and other conditions.
Removed or repaired by unauthorized service personnel.
Damage caused by unexpected factors, human behavior, and external forces (including operational errors, handling, collisions, inputting inappropriate voltage, etc.).
Using non-standard or unpublished software or non-standard related components (such as graphics cards, etc.).
Damage caused by uncontrollable forces such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.).
For services outside the scope of free warranty, we will charge a fee (charging standard=technical service fee+replacement parts fee).
The interpretation rights of all the above regulations belong to our company, and we reserve the right to modify these regulations without prior notice.
(4) Special note: Some models' warranty terms are not within the scope of the 123 service mentioned above. Please refer to the actual warranty card of the product and consult the dealer when purchasing.
