1、 Power supply
Considering that the system may encounter special situations where there may be a current surge due to the interruption of power supply, the splicing unit itself has a power protection design to ensure the normal and safe operation of the equipment.
1. The power supply voltage should be stable and reliable, especially to prevent immediate power up after power failure. Therefore, in principle, the power supply of the splicing system must be powered by a corresponding power UPS.
2. The splicing system, image controller, and control PC require in-phase power supply.
3. The system equipment should have good grounding, with a grounding resistance of less than 2 Ω, to ensure that the equipment is not damaged in the event of special conditions such as lightning strikes.
4. The power supply of the system is AC 220V ± 5%; Use a three eye socket with a protective grounding wire; The number of sockets is related to the number of splicing units
2、 Light requirements
1. If the windows in the control room are large, direct sunlight should be avoided and curtains should be used to block the light. The curtains should be dark in color.
2. It is recommended to use recessed tube lights for lighting. The lights should not be directly aimed at the screen direction and should be kept at a distance of 3 meters from the screen to avoid affecting the projection effect.
3、 Air conditioning requirements
1. There should be good temperature control and heat dissipation measures in the maintenance channel behind the splicing screen panel. If it is a central air conditioning system, there should be air conditioning inlet and outlet ports. If there is no central air conditioning system, specialized air conditioning should be added, and the power of the air conditioning system depends on the size of the large screen.
2. The temperature inside the maintenance channel and the temperature in the control room of the splicing curtain wall should be controllable and kept basically the same.
4、 Installation requirements
② The cabinet base is usually in direct contact with the anti-static floor to ensure that the ground can withstand gravity for a long time without deformation.
① The installation ground requires a flat and sturdy surface, strong load-bearing capacity, and is not easily deformed.
5、 Requirements for wiring and trunking
1. If it is a fixed floor such as floor tiles or composite wood flooring, it is required that there is a wiring groove between the signal source (computer RGB signal, video signal) and the control computer to the graphics controller (or projector interface), and the shorter the wiring distance, the better.
2. Weak current cables (RGB, video, network, serial port, mouse and keyboard extension cables, etc.) should be routed separately from strong current cables to avoid signal interference. If using cable trays, it is not possible to share one cable tray, and different cable trays should be used for separate wiring.
3. If it is an anti-static floor, holes should be opened at the wiring outlet to leave cable outlets.
6、 System environment
1. The temperature and humidity of the air conditioner before and after splicing the screen should be adjusted to the same scale to ensure the heat dissipation of the splicing wall and the flatness of the splicing screen
2. The fire sprinkler shall be as far away from the splicing wall as possible, and spray extinguishing agent shall be used.
3. The splicing curtain wall room requires cleanliness and dust prevention.
4. The back of the splicing system is a maintenance channel, and the width of the maintenance channel is generally not less than 0.60 meters
5. Large screen rooms require good temperature and humidity control. The working environment temperature is 0 ℃ -40 ℃, and the relative humidity is 10% -90%. There should be air conditioning behind the spliced curtain wall.
7、 Requirements for decoration and equipment location of operation console (room)
1. The placement of the image controller should be located in the aisle (inside the cabinet) next to or behind the curtain wall, and should be as close as possible to the projection box
2. The control computer should be located as close as possible to the opposite direction of the splicing screen and at a suitable distance from it for debugging, color adjustment, and other operations.
3. The position of the operation control computer should be directly opposite the splicing screen, and it is required that the operator can easily and intuitively see the operation of the splicing screen. If there is a dedicated partitioned operation control room, there should be transparent glass between the operation control room and the large screen display room for easy viewing by the operator.
