2. Prevent low voltage control of the driving circuit by the electrostatic module. Micro power CMOS circuits can be easily broken down by static electricity, but the body sometimes generates static electricity with voltages of tens or hundreds of volts. Therefore, extreme attention should be paid to preventing static electricity during operation, assembly, and use. To achieve this: do not touch the external leads, let go of your hands and feet, circuit board, and metal frame.
3. If direct contact is required to maintain the same potential between the human body and the module, or to provide good grounding for the human body.
4. When using a soldering iron, it must be well grounded without any leakage.
5. Tools such as electric screwdrivers must be well grounded and leak free when operating.
6. Ohmic contact is formed between the ground, table, chair, shelf, cart, and tools to maintain the same potential, or static electricity may be generated.
When welding repeatedly, it should not exceed 3 times, with a 5-minute interval between each repetition. The module must be connected to and disconnected from the power supply, and the signal level must be input only after stable access to the positive power supply (5 ± 0.25V). If the power supply is stable, it will damage the IC module in front of people or after disconnecting the input signal level.
8. The dot matrix LCD display module is highly dependent on high display contrast, viewing angle, temperature, and driving voltage. The optimal V-shaped contrast should be adjusted and the viewing angle stopped. If VEE is adjusted too high, it will not only affect the display effect, but also shorten the lifespan of the LCD display device.
